Here, you'll find the camaraderie and accountability you crave, as you leverage the guidance of experienced mentors who have created beauty out of chaos to build lives, families and businesses to be proud of.
Your drive for challenge and adventure will be met with countless opportunities to exist outside your comfort zone. You will face physical, intellectual and spiritual challenges as we seek to grow through; overcoming discomfort, training and executing new skills and experiencing the world through the lens of mentorship, team skill building and outdoor adventure.
Pause and Step Back in Time...
The Roman Forum was the beating heart of Rome. A bustling public square, nestled between hills, where politics, commerce, and religion collided. There, senators debated laws, citizens voted, and lawyers argued cases. Temples to the god's lined the edges, while merchants conducted business and crowds cheered at gladiatorial games. It was a dynamic space where our ancestors honed their skills, learned from others, and shaped the destiny of an empire.
Back to Present Day...
Just as Roman men had the Forum to hone their skills, rhetoric and leadership, Cadre of Men provides a space for YOU to develop your sense of masculinity.
It's not about outdated stereotypes or modern masculine tropes. The Cadre exists as an exclusive and confidential network where modern men tackle real issues. Like a "Locker Room for Life" inside the Cadre of Men no topic is off limits or taboo- from mental health to career challenges, family struggles, sex and relationships, to business practices and personal skillsets. Like the Forum, it's a place to learn from mentors, share experiences, and become a stronger, more well-rounded man. Forget the thumbs up or down of the crowd, Men in the Cadre learn how to find validation internal to themselves, and grow from the feedback they receive from their brothers. Your arena is the life you are building for yourself, armed with your inherent potential, grit and being shoulder to shoulder with the Cadre of Men you will compete to be the ultimate version of yourself
- Discussion Channels: Cadre of Men is designed specifically to help you grow your business and or career, chat family challenges, marriage, fitness and so much more. All these channels open to help you leverage your skills to help others, to refresh, refine your existing skills and learn new ones inside the Cadre.
- Camaraderie, Challenge and Adventure: Regular in person meetups are foundational to the Cadre of Men. Adventure Races, Survival Training, White Water Rafting, Mud runs, One day and Overnight Backpacking Trips and informal social meetups are a few examples of how we embrace adventure.
- Weekly Connection, Discussion and Growth: Weekly "Forum Call" and "Fireside Chat" uses a video meeting platform to allow us to maintain connection with the other men. Training, Tactics, Debate and Discussion of Ideas (and a healthy dose of shit talking) all happens twice a week at minimum- where every member of Cadre of Men has a voice on these calls. All this with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) in the community to help you dial in various areas of your life. Some examples are Fatherhood, Sex and Relationships, Finances, and Small Business.
